Who we are

EulogySmith (“we,” “us”) provides an online tool that helps you write eulogies. You can reach us any time at support@eulogysmith.com.

The service

We help you draft eulogies from the information you provide. The generated text is a starting point intended for your personal use; you are responsible for reviewing and editing it before use.

Not professional advice

EulogySmith is a writing aid. It does not provide grief counseling or legal, medical, or other professional advice. Please review the generated text and use your own judgment before delivering it.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to make a purchase.

Payment and Merchant of Record

Access to generation requires a one-time payment; the price is shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the Merchant of Record and seller of record for your purchase, and handles billing and any applicable taxes. The charge typically appears on your bank or card statement as “CREEM” (for example, “CREEM.IO”). Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Your content and ownership

You keep ownership of the answers you provide and the eulogies you generate. We claim no rights over them and use them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to create unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or attempt to disrupt or abuse the generation system.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is.” We do our best, but we can't guarantee the output will fit every circumstance. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
