Refund Policy

If you wish to apply for a refund, you may send an email to support@eulogysmith.com or submit your request by replying directly to the email containing your speech draft.

We offer full order refunds for all refund applications submitted within ten (10) calendar days from the date of your initial purchase.

Once ten (10) calendar days have elapsed following your purchase date, the transaction shall be deemed final, and no subsequent refund requests will be honored.

Upon receipt of your refund application, please allow up to ten (10) business days for review and processing of your refund remittance.
