We offer a full refund on any order when the request is submitted within ten (10) calendar days of your purchase — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@eulogysmith.com, or simply reply to the email that delivered your eulogies. Please include the email address you used at checkout so we can find your order quickly.
How refunds are processed
Payments and refunds are handled by our payment provider, Creem, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow up to ten (10) business days for the refund to be processed and to appear on your statement.
After ten days
Once ten (10) calendar days have passed since your purchase, the transaction is considered final and we are unable to honor further refund requests.
